PANFORTE, nuts and fruits cake
We are happy to present delicious dessert, a touch of Italy made in Canada: Panforte Margherita with walnuts and figs, and Panforte Nero with cranberry and hazelnuts. Handmade in Mississauga, Ontario, sweetened with our local honey and organic cane sugar. Natural source of dietary fibre, potassium, vitamin E, magnesium, manganese, iron, niacin, folate, riboflavin, thiamin.
Panforte cake is vegetarian, free of preservatives, artificial ingredients, dairy, and eggs.

Panforte is a confection originating from Italy. Victoria is the owner and head of the "Victoria Panforte" production. Panforte cakes are handmade in small batches to delight your senses, and "add-in" nutritional value from honey, nuts, and fruits.
Victoria visited Tuscany and studied in Siena. She dreamed of one day opening her own panforte shop, and started baking panforte for her family and friends. Inspired by the great reception of her panforte, finally, in 2018 Victoria made a leap into professional baking.
She has a passion for creating panforte that is both healthy and decadent.

Our panforte cake plant-based and created with natural raw walnuts, almonds, and hazelnuts; Canadian honey, Canadian wheat flour, organic cane sugar, Canadian maple syrup, candied orange peel, candied melon, organic figs, organic apricots, natural cranberries, organic chocolate, natural herbs and spice mixture.
We offer options with a reduced amount of wheat flour, partly substituted with organic almond flour.
While Panforte is a staple in Italian Cuisine, our product is proudly made in Canada. We aim to locally source at least 40% of our ingredients. Panforte baked and packaged in a certified commercial kitchen.
We treat our packaging with the same care and attention as panforte and selecting paper with lesser environmental impact. The product is packaged in 2 layers: first is food grade resealable plastic bag, and then unbleached paper with Victoria Panforte sticker, created by a local artist.
