Perishable goods cannot be returned. However, If your panforte cake arrived damaged or contaminated in any way, please contact us directly at info@victoria-panforte.com and we will do our best to resolve the problem. If 20 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Shipping timelines:
The Victoria Panforte runs on a preorder basis and takes up to 3-5 days to create a panforte for you. Please expect the product to be shipped to you in about 7-10 business days after you placed the order. We're proud to offer free delivery for Canada and US. Delivery time will depend on your geographic location.
