Grand Panforte Margherita walnuts and figs cake, 2 kg
This is a Grant Panforte for a large family celebration. Victoria Panforte is a confection handmade in Canada from domestic and imported ingredients: walnuts, organic figs and organic apricots, organic cane sugar, almonds, Canadian wheat flour, Canadian honey, candied orange peel (orange peel, organic cane sugar, honey, lemon juice), icing sugar, spice mixture (coriander, black pepper, star anise, cloves). Sprinkled with icing sugar, on the bottom is edible wafer paper (potato starch, water, vegetable oil).

How to keep panforte fresh
Store the panforte at room temperature before opening. After opening wrap in parchment and keep in a resealable plastic bag.
How to serve panforte
After opening one may refresh the look by sprinkling the top with the icing sugar. To serve in with coffee or wine just cut panforte in thin wedges.
